Kevin Ramsden, the project manager, visited the Ukyo Ward Office, and met with Mr. Kitagawa, the Director General of the ward, who served up some of his delicious personalized coffee. Mmm, lovely! He also explained why the 90th year is so special for the ward, and that is because it is right before the centenary and the ward is moving forward to a brighter future 10 years later.
